隧道防火涂料的组成的材料因素

一种以硅酸盐为主要粘结剂,以氢氧化铝、膨胀蛭石、三硅酸镁等为填充料,四硼酸钠为防火助剂的隧道防火涂料;针对隧道砌体不耐高温的特点,研制了一种以无机胶凝材料为主的耐潮湿环境的水硬性隧道防火涂料,该涂料可同时应用于钢结构和混凝土的防火保护;开发了一种新型的物理膨胀阻燃剂,以可膨胀石墨为主,制取了一种无卤、环保、并具有优良防火性能的物理膨胀型防火涂料。

It can be used in fire protection of steel structure and concrete at the same time. 而国外学者研制出建筑物表面的无机防火涂料,由水硬性白水泥、水玻璃、蛭石、膨胀珍珠岩、无机玻璃纤维等组成;推出了以海泡石、钙硅石、增强纤维、高铝水泥、无定型硅石为主要组成的防火涂料,该涂料具有很好的绝热性和防爆裂性,可应用于建筑物外墙、隧道等;可用于金属和混凝土表面的防火涂料,由膨润土、硅酸铝、硅灰石、硅酸镁、玻璃微珠及一些多孔填料组成,粘结剂为水玻璃、波特兰水泥、石膏、磷酸盐类中的一种或几种等。
